On Friday, Arlington County joined the health districts of Northern Virginia in writing to Governor Northam for additional COVID-19 vaccine doses.
- Arlington County will be able to rapidly scale to deliver 14,000 doses per week. Right now, we have received a maximum of 8,000 doses per week.
- In Arlington, we have partnered with the Arlington Free Clinic to administer vaccinations to our underinsured and uninsured individuals.
- Through the Complete Vaccination Committee, we are conducting on the ground sign ups and pre-registration with our social safety net and community-based partners and have already pre-registered a list of almost a thousand individuals. We are ready to immediately schedule these individuals given more vaccine supply.

As of Mar. 20, the Arlington County Public Health Division (ACPHD) has used 96.96% of first doses received.
- 31,815 first doses of COVID-19 vaccine received
- 30,849 first doses administered
To date in Arlington County, according to VDH's Vaccine Summary Dashboard, a total of 66,768 doses have been administered, and over 24,000 people are fully vaccinated.
- CDC now recommends that, with universal masking, students should maintain a distance of at least 3 feet in classroom settings
- Governor Ralph Northam announced more than $6 million in Homeless Reduction Grants, including awards for Arlington's Bridges to Independence, Street People’s Assistance Network, Inc., New Hope Housing Inc., and Doorways
