Hello,

You have pre-registered on the Arlington County Public Health website for a COVID-19 vaccine, and we are now ready for you to schedule your first dose vaccination appointment at our clinic. Of course, if you have already received a vaccine, you may disregard this message.

First dose appointments can be scheduled at the Sequoia Complex (2110 Washington Blvd) or at Walter Reed Community Center via Eventbrite:

Once your appointment is confirmed through Eventbrite, you will see a confirmation message with a 10-digit order number. Unless you see that confirmed order number, your appointment is not yet set.

DO NOT SHARE OR FORWARD THIS LINK. THIS IS A LINK UNIQUE TO YOUR PREREGISTRATION IN A CATEGORY CURRENTLY BEING SCHEDULED, AND SHARING THE LINK MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. The vaccination clinic is by appointment only, and this invitation is intended only for YOU, the individual that pre-registered with this email address.

Categories currently being scheduled are identified here.

This invitation is only for your first dose; do not use this invitation to schedule a second dose vaccination. We’ll be in touch a couple of weeks after your first vaccination to schedule your second dose.

If you need ADA reasonable accommodations or other assistance in scheduling your appointment, please contact our COVID-19 hotline at 703-228-7999, and one of our call takers will be happy to assist you.

If you are unable to schedule an appointment at this time, or if all appointments are full, please keep this email and continue checking the link every day or two. We will be adding additional appointments as vaccine supplies are allocated.

Our goal is to ensure that every vaccine available in Arlington is scheduled. However, the distribution of vaccines is dependent on the availability from the Virginia Department of Health. We appreciate your patience as we work with urgency on this critical challenge.

Stay up to date on the latest vaccine information at the Arlington County vaccine website and subscribing to our COVID-19 newsletter.

Thank you,

Arlington County Public Health Division
