More Funding to Prevent Evictions

Arlington will use an additional $1.125 million from the County’s COVID-19 contingent account to fund eviction protection through December 2020 for those affected by the pandemic.

Early Voting Gets Easier

The County Board approved five satellite offices for early voting in the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election, in anticipation of unprecedented demand for early voting during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Helping Families Buy Food

A pilot program will distribute $400,000 in grocery gift cards to families in need of food

through the County’s non-profit network.
