The Springs- Accessible Apartments Available 

The Springs is an affordable housing development located in Ballston, Arlington. The five-story development features elevator access to all 104 apartments ranging from studio to three bedrooms. All apartment homes will be accessible and 10 % will be barrier free. 

 

The Springs currently has barrier free apartments available. Contact The Springs Management Team at 703-888-1142, for more information or to join the waitlist.
