Jennie Dean Park Renovation Final Design…See it!

Come see the final design for the Jennie Dean Park renovation project and provide us with any last thoughts about the project. This design is based on community input and feedback. Check out the project page to see how the design has evolved.  See the final design on Thurs., Nov. 21 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at the Charles Drew Community Center or Sat., Nov. 23 from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Campbell Room at the Shirlington Branch Library. Want to bring the kids? No worries! Children are welcome. Can’t make it at all? The final design will be posted on the project page with space for your comments.

On Nov. 16 the County Board approved the construction contract for the project as well as a number of land use actions.  Read the press release here.
