Permit Arlington Updates

Help Us Test the System

Want to get a sneak peek of our new permitting system? We are looking for volunteers to test Permit Arlington, which will move over 30 permits and applications from paper to online this summer. The new system launches the first of two phases.

Customer Experience Feedback

We have a new customer experience vision. One team one voice, delivering a responsive permitting experience driven by understanding and listening to our customer needs.

  • If you've been to Arlington's 10th floor permitting office recently, let us know what you think! We're collecting customer feedback via a quick online survey at arlingtonva.us/permitarlington

More information about Permit Arlington will be included in upcoming editions of Planning + Building eNews and on the Permit Arlington website.
