Forest Meditation Walk
Inspired by the Japanese Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing, explore the forest through a meditation style walk Sat., March 23 from 10 a.m.-noon. We'll go off the beaten path and move slowly, experiencing the forest through our senses with meditation. Participants should be ready to sit on the ground and be dressed for the weather. Last Days of Bouncemania!
Have an active child (3-9 years old) who loves to bounce? Join us for our final Saturday morning Open Bounces at Madison Community Center through Sat., March 30. We host two bounce sessions each Saturday: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. $3 per child. (BTW … we offer fun options for birthdays too!)
