Where Will You Celebrate July 4?

All Arlington County community centers are closed July 4, yet our parks are open to celebrate Independence Day. Explore more July 4 options for parades and celebration fun in your neighborhood. While the July 4th Celebration @ Long Bridge Park will no longer be held due to budget constraints, the park is still open for optimal views of the D.C. fireworks.

Get Artrageous at Art Attack Join us at Art Attack! on Thurs., July 12 to leave your mark on Lubber Run Community Center as we say goodbye to the 1950s and hello to a major 21st century upgrade. Leave a community footprint on the space before it is demolished with paint bombs, murals, a D.J., food trucks and more!

Pick an Option for Play Every Day Celebrate National Parks & Recreation Month at Penrose Park's free Rec on Wheels Summer Fiesta this Fri, July 6, 6-8 p.m., outdoor movies on Fridays at Arlington Mill and Gateway Park and Saturdays at Penrose Square or enjoy free live music at Lubber Run Amphitheater.  Explore somewhere to play every day this month!
