Updated Bike Plan logo

Arlington County is in the process of updating the Bicycle Element of its Master Transportation Plan (MTP) to further improve mobility, safety, comfort and convenience for bicyclists - and expand its attractiveness of getting around Arlington for people of all ages and interests. The Bicycle Element plan will incorporate input from people with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds from civic and business organizations.

Engagement opportunities

County staff and working group members have been out in the community to gather feedback and share information about the Bike Plan Update process. The summer/fall 2017 community engagement focused on gathering input for the development of the plan's overall goals and policies. Outreach included pop-ups at events and locations, such as Metro stations across the County. Feedback summary
