Street Sweeping: April 10 - 23 Schedule

Arlington’s street sweeping service will occur from April to October. This service will: Help reduce stormwater pollution in our local streams, the Potomac River, and the Chesapeake Bay. Increase efficiency in cleanup efforts.

Street Sweeping Schedule for April 09 - 23

Street sweeping will occur in the following neighborhoods next week from approximately 7:30 a.m.- 3 p.m. Please try to move your car to a driveway, garage or non-sweeping street on your civic association’s scheduled street sweeping day.*  This will help us provide more effective sweeping.

E-CARE is March 31 Arlington County will hold its biannual Environmental Collection and Recycling Event (E-CARE) on Saturday, March 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Yorktown High School, 5200 Yorktown Blvd. E-CARE is an event where residents can safely dispose of hazardous household materials (HHM), recycle bikes, small metal items and much more. Free Mulch Did you know brush and leaves that are collected throughout the year are recycled into leaf and wood mulch right at the Earth Products Recycling Yard?
