Mark Schwartz Now Acting County Manager
Mark Schwartz became Acting County Manager of Arlington County on July 1, 2015, taking over from County Manager Barbara M. Donnellan, who retired June 30 after nearly 32 years of service with the County. Schwartz has laid out his priorities and shared specifics on the steps he'll take to continue improving the County.
