My VA Health is retiring on May 29, 2026

Dear Veteran,

We’re retiring the My VA Health portal on May 29, 2026. But don’t worry, we’ve brought all your VA health care data together so you can manage your care in one place.

You can now manage your care for all facilities through My HealtheVet on VA.gov. Try it now so you’re ready for this change.

Your Clipboard questionnaires completed on My VA Health will not be moved to My HealtheVet on VA.gov. After May 14, 2026, you’ll no longer be able to access Clipboard questionnaires.

If your health care team has identified any completed questionnaires as clinically relevant, they will have saved this information in your health record.

If you have any pending questionnaires, please complete them now. You’ll no longer be able to complete pending questionnaires after May 14, 2026.

To access My VA Health and complete your pending questionnaires, first sign in to My HealtheVet on VA.gov. Then select Go to My VA Health.

Note: You may be receiving this message because all or part of your VA health record is at one of the VA health care systems listed below. You may ignore this message if you no longer receive care at one of these facilities:
