Winter Storm Update A winter storm for Jan. 25 & 26, 2026, with 10-12 inches of snow is expected at VA Maine campuses & clinics. Wind chill temps from -10 to -15 degrees are expected into the week. Facility operations: VA Maine Healthcare System sites of care to include the Togus campus are expected to remain open for normal operating hours during the storm and the conditions that follow. Monday appointments: If you have an appointment scheduled for Monday, you may be contacted to convert the visit to virtual care when clinically appropriate and with Veteran consent. If you wish to reschedule your routine in-person appointment on Monday, please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements. Be sure to have your appointment details ready to make the process as quick as possible.
