Minnesota Vikings football team members visit with Veterans ahead of Veterans Day


Vikings connect with Veterans

Players from the Minnesota Vikings visited Veterans at the Minneapolis VA Community Living and Spinal Cord Injury & Disorder Centers this month. It was incredible to witness their genuine connection with Veterans, as they shared gratitude for their military service. The visit is an annual event inpatient Veterans look forward to all year and is part of the Vikings Salute to Service Program. Clinical Excellence Award winner named

Congratulations to the 2025 Minneapolis VA Health Care System Medical Staff Clinical Excellence Winner Dr. Jake Theis, Radiology. This award was created to recognize members medical staff who provide outstanding clinical care. This year 17 medical staff were nominated by their peers. ...read more

The “VA: Health and Benefits” app, in the App Store, is not the same as “MyHealtheVet!” The “VA: Health and Benefits” app keeps you logged in. You can view appointments, reorder VA prescriptions, view your VA medical records and secure message your VA providers.

By visiting “My HealtheVet” on the va.gov website, you can do all of that AND schedule appointments! To add “My HealtheVet” to your phone, you have to download it directly from the va.gov website. Each time you use it, you will have to log-in with your ID.Me or Login.gov.
