Flu shots now available

It’s that time of year again! Fall is the start of flu season. Get a flu shot to protect yourself and those around you. Eligible Veterans can get a no-cost flu shot from a nearby VA facility or at one of 65,000 community locations nationwide.

Whole health copay update

VA is updating its billing practices to align Whole Health and well-being services with federal law. As of October 1, 2025, certain Whole Health services will carry a $15 copayment for Veterans in copay-eligible priority groups (6–8). Veterans who are exempt from copayments remain unaffected.

The Veterans Health Library offers Veterans, family members, and caregivers 24/7 online access to comprehensive, consistent, and Veteran-focused health information. It features Veteran-specific health information reviewed by VA experts on a variety of topics and is designed to be easy for Veterans to use and understand.

The Veterans Health Library includes:

Health and medicine information sheets
Instructional videos about diseases, conditions, tests, and treatments
Multimedia self-care workbooks that help Veterans learn how to live well with their chronic conditions
Online health guides about health conditions, tests, and procedures.
Decision Aid Tools to help Veterans make informed health care decisions
