 Flu shots are here
Flu shots have arrived at VA Nebraska-Western Iowa and will be available during scheduled visits beginning on Monday, September 15.
Get your flu shot every year to protect yourself and others. It’s the surest way to prevent a serious illness and help stop the flu from spreading. You can get your flu shot at any scheduled VA appointment. If you don’t have an appointment coming up, stop by a walk-in clinic at a participating VA NWI facility.
When presenting during a walk-in flu shot clinic, be ready to show your VA-issued Veteran ID card, or a current and valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport or state-issued identification card.
Walk in flu clinics will begin on Wednesday, September 17.
Omaha VA Medical Center: Walk-in Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; located in the Ambulatory Care Center Hallway
