 My HealtheVet on VA.gov is our new health portal for managing your health care online. As of June 4, 2025, you’ll need to use this new experience instead of the previous My HealtheVet experience.
What’s changing
You can now manage your VA health care in the same place where you manage your other VA benefits and services. And we’ve added features like the ability to order certain medical supplies and equipment online. The new mobile-first design makes it easier to manage your care—anywhere, on any device.
How to get started
Sign in to My HealtheVet on VA.gov with your identity-verified Login.gov or ID.me account. There, you’ll find links to the new versions of your trusted health tools.

 VA Health Connect is VA's virtual health care service that makes it easier for you to get the right care, right now. Using VA Health Connect, you can:
- Refill, request renewals, and check on the status of your medications (press #1)
- Schedule, confirm, or cancel your primary care appointments (press #2)
- Speak with a nurse about your medical or health-related questions (press #3)
- Talk to a medical provider via phone or video about an urgent or developing medical issue (press #3)
Call 855-679-0952 and select 1 for pharmacy, 2 for scheduling, and 3 to speak to a nurse.
If you have a non-urgent health care question, VA Health Chat can quickly connect you with a VISN 4 Clinical Contact Center nurse. Chat is available 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday except holidays.
You can also schedule your next VA appointment quickly and easily using the VA Health Chat app! Our schedulers in the VISN 4 Clinical Contact Center are available to help you from 3 p.m. to midnight.
