We are pleased to share the 2024 annual report for VA Healthcare-VISN 4. In this report, you can read about a few of our many accomplishments and what we have been doing to provide excellent care for Veterans.
Over the past year, our staff continued to serve Veterans with military environmental exposures, and 268,296 Veterans in VISN 4 have received a toxic exposure screening. We expanded virtual care by completing more than 600,000 telehealth visits, and we enhanced our commitment to suicide prevention. We also embraced holistic models of care through our whole health initiative, and we continued our journey to become a high reliability organization.
We continue to provide exceptional health care, and our recent trust score of 95.1% is the highest of any VISN in the country.

About VA Healthcare-VISN 4
VA Healthcare–VISN 4 is a fully integrated network of 9 VA campuses, 46 outpatient clinics, and 16 vet centers covering 82 counties in Pennsylvania and Delaware and parts of Ohio, West Virginia, New York and New Jersey.
In fiscal year 2024, VISN 4 served 329,841 patients from across the Nation. With a staff of 18,388 and an operating budget of more than $3.9 billion, VISN 4 is working hard to transform toward personalized, patient-driven health care.
