My HealtheVet Help Available at Select Fargo VA CBOCs Starting This Week

Are you a Veteran who used a My HealtheVet user ID and password to manage your VA care online? You’ll now need a Login.gov or ID.me account to access My HealtheVet. The VA moved to a more modern online sign-in experience which will continue to protect your identity.

The Fargo VA Connected Health team will be hosting My HealtheVet events at select VA CBOCs (Community Based Outreach Clinics) starting this week for any Veterans who may be having trouble logging in to the modern sign-in experience.

Below are the dates with all times:

  • March 26 – Devils Lake, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • March 27 – Grafton, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • April 2 – Williston, 8:00 am - 11:00 am
  • April 2 – Dickinson, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm (MDT)

For better results, please bring your phone, tablet or laptop, a government issued ID such as a valid driver’s license or passport, along with your Social Security card. Access to your email (whether on your device or by sharing your username and password with us) and text messaging is also required.

Can’t make it that day? Veterans can also call the Connected Health office at 701-239-3700, ext. 4420 for virtual assistance. If the weather is questionable, please call the your clinic that morning to confirm the event is still proceeding as scheduled.

Respectfully,

Your Fargo VA Connected Health Team
