What has Coatesville VA been doing to make sure we provide excellent care for the Veterans?
It is our dedicated and talented staff's honor and privilege to provide high-quality health care services and be the provider of choice to America’s Veterans. We are constantly striving to exceed the expectations of all those we serve.
This year, we focused on building trust, innovation, growth, access, and quality. Veterans report being increasingly satisfied and trust us to deliver the care they have earned and deserve. The collective voice of our Veterans placed our Trust Score at 95% this year.

 As a lasting memento of the Nation's gratitude, we invite all Vietnam Veterans and Vietnam Era Veterans to stop by Building 3, lobby area, on Friday, March 28, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. to receive a lapel pin and enjoy refreshments.
Veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces who served any time during the period of November 1, 1955, to May 15, 1975, regardless of their service location, are eligible to receive one lapel pin.
