Hello Nebraska & Western Iowa VA Veteran, The VA has extended the deadline for the My HealtheVet user ID and password from January 31, 2025, to March 4, 2025. This means that Veterans and beneficiaries will not be able to use their My HealtheVet user ID and password to sign in to VA.gov, VA mobile apps, or any VA online services after March 4, 2025. You will need to create a Login.gov or ID.me account to continue to access your information online including secure messaging, online prescription refills, appointment reminders and medical records. You can register for an account yourself by utilizing either of the above links, but if you need in-person support to help create the account, please stop in at one of the following VA locations for assistance (no appointment needed)…
For more information regarding these changes, and how to create your Login.gov or ID.me account, please visit https://www.va.gov/sign-in-changes.
