Are you a Veteran who uses a My HealtheVet user ID and password to manage your VA care online? If so, you’ll need to switch to a Login.gov or ID.me account by January 31, or you could be locked out. They’re moving to a more modern online sign-in experience which will continue to protect your identity.
Starting next week, the Fargo VA Virtual Health Resource Center, located in room 1C-86, will host Modernization Mondays events each Monday in January (except MLK Day) from 8 am – 4 pm for any Veterans who may be having trouble with this transition to the modern sign-in experience. Extra VA staff will be on hand to assist all Veterans who need help and offer hands-on assistance.
For a better experience, please bring your phone, tablet or laptop, a government issued ID such as a valid driver’s license or passport, along with your Social Security card. Access to your email and text messaging is also required.
Can’t make it one of those days? No worries. The Virtual Health Resource Center is open each Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, except on federal holidays. Veterans can also call our office at 701-239-3700, ext. 4420 with questions.
Respectfully,
Your Fargo VA Connected Health Team
