Prepare for VA's My HealtheVet Sign-in Changes |
|
Dear Veteran, Thank you for your service. VA's secure sign-in is moving to a modern sign-in experience due to a federal mandate. They'll remove the My HealtheVet sign-in option after January 31, 2025, and the DS Logon option after September 30, 2025. The My HealtheVet website is not going away, but you will need an ID.me or Login.gov account to access. Please sign into your My HealtheVet account using ID.me or Login.gov at Sign in or create an account | Veterans Affairs (va.gov). If you do not already have an ID.me or Login.gov account, try using the guides on the attachments or https://www.va.gov/resources/creating-an-account-for-vagov/ to create either an ID.me or Login.gov account in order to continue using VA websites and apps. Online, the guides can be found by selecting “Get step-by-step instructions" and you create the account under "Creating an account for VA.gov." Additionally, the Fargo VA Medical Center offers ID.me and Login.gov assistance in our Virtual Health Resource Center Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Please bring your phone, tablet or laptop, a government issued ID such as a valid driver’s license or passport, along with your Social Security card. Access to your email and text messaging is also a plus. You can also call our office at 701-239-3700, ext. 4420 with questions. Respectfully, Your Fargo VA Connected Health Team
