PACT Act Adds More Presumptive Conditions

More Veterans could be eligible to receive health care or financial compensation for toxic exposure-related medical conditions newly considered presumptive under the PACT Act.

The list of presumptive conditions has expanded eligibility for veterans to enroll and receive the treatment required. If you suffer from any of the presumptive conditions, or experienced toxic exposure during your service or suffer from any of the presumptive conditions, don’t wait!
