Flu and COVID Vaccine Walk-in Clinics Start Sept. 23

Dear Veteran,

Yearly flu and COVID vaccines are now available for enrolled Veterans at the Wilmington VA Medical Center and our VA clinics in Delaware and southern New Jersey.

Walk-ins are welcomed starting September 23, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday inside our 1st floor Primary Care Team lobby area at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. 

Our VA Clinics will offer flu and COVID vaccines in Kent and Sussex County, Delaware and Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland County, New Jersey with walk-in hours from 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday starting Sept. 23, 2024. In addition, the flu and COVID vaccines will be offered at all outpatient primary care appointments.

In honor of National POW/MIA Recognition Day, the Wilmington VA will be having a POW/MIA National Chair of Honor reveal to recognize all POW/MIA Veterans. Guest speaker will be Vietnam Veteran POW Ralph Galati.
