VA Long Beach Healthcare System will be having the VA S.A.V.E training at 10am following with a BBQ sponsored by Veterans Voices at 11am on Thursday, October 19th at the P.I.E.R. Center.

 Our Vaccination Center is open at Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center, Bldg. 165 (“The Egg”) from Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM.
The Vaccination Center will also be open Saturday 10/14/2023 and 10/28/2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Drop-ins available for flu and COVID-19 vaccines for enrolled Veterans only at the Vaccination Center.

COVID-19 vaccines will be available in limited supply at Community Based Outpatient Clinics.
Flu shots are available in all clinics. It is safe to get a COVID-19 and flu shot at the same time. Protect yourself and your community by getting vaccinated today

 Calling all Veterans: The Veteran Social Connection (VSC) provides Veterans with an opportunity to meet and socialize in a safe environment. The VSC is also designed to expose Veterans to key programs and offerings at VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The VSC is held on the last Friday of each month from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on the Patriot Café Patio.
 The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs on Saturday, October 28th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Take-back of medications is free and anonymous!
Collection locations at the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center are located in lobbies of Bldg 126 and Bldg 164.
 The Veterans Legal Institute is partnering with VA Long Beach for a Legal Clinic on Friday, November 3th from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in Building 165, Rm C209B at VA Long Beach!
Call 714-852-3492 for guidance on the application process and to determine eligibility to attend the clinic. Please specify the type of legal assistance you are seeking.
Please note that all Veterans must complete the online application on the VLI website prior to attending the clinic (at the beginning of the description of your matter, type ("VA LONG BEACH CLINIC APPOINTMENT REQUESTED.")
