Whole Health Integrates Complementary and Integrative Health Approaches

Whole Health integrates complementary and integrative health approaches with conventional medical treatments. These approaches, sometimes referred to as CIH, may include meditation, guided imagery, acupuncture, biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, tai chi/qigong, yoga, and massage therapy. To find out about CIH and other Whole Health services, contact your local VA facility and ask for the Whole Health point of contact. Many CIH approaches can be done on your own! For example, follow along with this video and give yourself a head and neck massage to reduce tension and help you Live Whole Health.
