Update to Bay Pines VA Healthcare System Operating Status

Veterans, families, and caregivers,

This is a reminder about the operations status for C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center (Bay Pines), Lee County Healthcare Center, all VA Clinics, and our location in Largo. 

  • The Emergency Department at C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center is  closed to ambulance services and walk-in visits.
  • C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center will be closed for all operations, tomorrow through Friday .
  • Bradenton, North Pinellas, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg VA Clinics, in addition to our Largo location, are closed Wednesday. We plan to reopen locations, Thursday, at noon, contingent on conditions and staff available.
  • Port Charlotte, Naples, and Lee County, are open from 8 a.m. until noon, on Tuesday. We plan to resume normal operations and operating hours, beginning on Wednesday, contingent on conditions and staff available
  • The Sebring VA clinic is open all week.
