 Starting July 18, you can now check-in from your smartphone for your scheduled appointment. Here's how it works:
Seven days before your appointment, we'll send you a pre-check-in text message (must be opted into VEText). This will ask if you plan on attending and to verify your contact information we have on file.
On the day of your appointment, you can scan our check-in QR code with your smartphone camera or text "check in" to 53079. Be on the lookout for our check-in posters like the one above in our clinical areas. You'll see these at all TVHS facilities and clinics.
You can always check-in with the receptionist if you prefer. Mobile check-in and pre-check-in is simply a way to make your experience at TVHS even better!
