Dear Veterans,
We strive to provide you with services and care that is top notch! To continue our growth and sustainment, our health system must bring the way we deliver health care full circle so that each patient’s experience is excellent. To improve our patient experience we have established the Veterans Experience Office (VEO). The VEO is to promote positive experiences for all Veterans.
This new, permanent office will bring a new lens to how we analyze and designs the services we provide to Veterans. The first phase in the establishment of this new office is the realignment of patient advocates and receptionist within NF/SGVHS to this office. By doing this will allow for us to implement better ways to help Veterans navigate through the range of comprehensive services within VA.
Our patient advocates are skilled in identifying challenges and provide potential remedies to alleviate unforeseen challenges. This realignment will also provide a standardized approach in analyzing, designing, and implementing better customer interaction tools that ensure Veterans easily got what they needed and feel like valued customers.
I encourage you to engage with the VEO and share feedback and ideas through:
-SHEP Survey
-VSignals Survey
-Communication with NF/SGHVS Patient Advocates
-Voice Of the Veteran Suggestion Boxes (located throughout Malcom Randall VAMC)
-Ask VA ( AVA)
-Secure Messaging ( My HealtheVet ) to Patient Advocates
Veterans with questions about the Veterans Experience Office may contact: (352) 548 -6000, ext. 106019
Thank you for trusting us with your health care needs!
