Program Description:

Employment is an important component of Veteran Recovery. This presentation will describe how VHA Vocational Rehabilitation Services assists Veterans in securing and maintaining meaningful work; how employment services and employment contribute to a Veteran’s recovery, research on the benefits of working on both physical and mental health wellbeing, will describe individual placement and support, and Supported Employment; and clinician’s role in assisting Veterans in the employment.
