Traveling Just Got a Whole Lot Easier
AccessVA has a new feature for Veterans! AccessVA is now a Login option for the Beneficiary Travel Self-Support System (BTSSS) Travel Pay Portal.
In addition to the new feature, please be advised that the bene-travel function throughout our facility kiosks is now off. For West Palm Beach VA travel support, please call 561-422-6905 or 561-422-8783.

1. The page will ask you to select your category to find the applications you can sign in with. Select I am a Veteran (Note: Caregivers will also select I am a Veteran).
2. Then click on the Veteran Travel Claim Entry logo.
3. Sign into the travel claim entry portal.
4. You can sign in with your DS Logon or VA PIV account.
5. Go to your Beneficiary Travel profile.
6. Once you sign in, you'll go to the portal welcome page.
7. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Then, click on the Proceed to Profile Review.
8. Review your profile and go to your dashboard.
9. Save any needed updates to your personal, contact, or financial information.
10. When you’re finished, click on the Proceed to My Dashboard.
11. Create a claim: You can do this in either of these 2 ways:
o Go to the "My Appointments" In the "Associated Appointments" column, click Create Claim for the appointment you’re claiming travel pay for.
o Or go to the "My Claims" area. Click Create in the upper right corner. Then, click Create a Claim for the appointment you’re claiming travel pay for.
12. Then click Create Claim and Add Expenses.
13. Add your expenses and receipts.
14. Click on the Add Attachments button to add copies of your expense receipts.
15. Submit your claim.
16. Review the Beneficiary Travel Agreement Notice and check the box to show your agreement.
17. Click Submit Claim.
