Committed to High-Quality Care for Older Adults: VA Joins National Age-Friendly Health Systems Initiative
An Age-Friendly Health System involves four evidence-based elements of high-quality care, known as the “4Ms.” Health systems use these “4Ms” when providing care to older adults:

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population age 65+ in our country is likely to nearly double in the next 30 years.
