The Union Grove VA Clinic invites you to two upcoming Veteran tele-town halls to discuss hot topics and answer questions about healthcare. The first town hall on Monday, Aug. 16, is an opportunity to receive the latest information on Veteran’s health and COVID-19. We will have leaders and representatives from the Union Grove clinic, including medical center director Dr. Daniel Zomchek. We look forward to hearing from you on. Remember, your input helps us achieve the exceptional care that our Veterans deserve. Please share information about this call with your fellow Veterans.

  • Union Grove VA Town Hall – Monday, Aug. 16, 1:30-2:30 p.m.

The second town hall is Wednesday, Aug. 18, and is all things women’s health. Joining us in the town hall is Women’s Healthcare Team representatives who can answer questions about Sexual Health, Breast Care, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Transgender Therapy and Intimate Partner Violence.

  • Women’s Health Town Hall – Wednesday, Aug. 18, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Telephone notifications will begin Aug. 14 to remind Veterans of the upcoming town halls. At the time of the event, you will receive another call inviting you to join the town hall that is in session.

Unfortunately, if the call is disconnected, you will be unable to rejoin the call. If that is the case and you have questions, comments or concerns related to your VA health care, please contact the Patient Advocates office at 262-878-7001, ext. 42604.
