The VA is happy to connect our Veteran patients and other qualified individuals with the state of California to promote the “You Call the Shot California” program. This promotion is open to all eligible Veterans and anyone who served in the military, and their caregivers and spouses, and some other beneficiaries (as specified in the SAVE LIVES Act).
Choose between a $50 virtual cash card, Kroger card, or Albertsons card. First come, first serve while supplies last. To receive your $50 card, get vaccinated, and get your code (codes will be provided to you in clinic once the vaccine series is completed).
Veterans can call 415-750-2204 to schedule their COVID-19 vaccine appointment at our Ft. Miley campus or any of our community-based outpatient clinics, or walk-in vaccinations are available at the Ft. Miley campus Monday through Wednesday, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (no appointment needed!).
