Who: Veterans, Spouses, Caregivers, pre-registered US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees.
When: Friday, May 14, 2021 from 9:00AM-12:00PM

Veterans: If you would like to enroll in VA healthcare please call the Eligibility staff at 802-295-9363 ext. 5118 to begin your enrollment application, or you can email the following address with your request:

Spouses and caregivers: Call the 802-296-5151 scheduling line to begin the registration and scheduling process.
DHS employees must register with their DHS leadership prior to scheduling an appointment.
Masks and Physical Distancing Required at all locations.
Please do not show up more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure social distancing is maintained.
