Veterans, their spouses, and caregivers can now get the COVID – 19 vaccine through their local VA VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System is now offering the COVID -19 Moderna vaccine to Veterans of all ages and their spouses and caregivers through the SAVES LIVES Act that was signed into law by President Joe Biden March 24, 2021. The following groups of individuals are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine through the VA:
We have COVID -19 vaccine clinics at all three locations Bath, Canandaigua VA Medical Centers, and the Calkins Road VA Clinic. Check our Facebook page for dates/locations of Vaccine Clinics. If you or your spouse or caregiver would like to receive the COVID -19 vaccine, please call the Medical Center closest to you between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm.
