COVID-19 VACCINATION UPDATE
Central Western Massachusetts VA Healthcare System to host a Veteran COVID-19
Vaccine Clinic at the Veterans Service Center, Leominster, MA
Leeds, MA — The Veteran Affairs (VA) Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System in partnership with the Leominster Veterans Center will be hosting an off-site COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Tuesday, March 23, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, at the Leominster Veterans Center. This clinic will be by appointment for VA Healthcare enrolled Veterans of ALL ages.

Tuesday, March 23, 2021- Leominster, MA VA COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Information
WHAT: VA COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic- Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be offered
WHO: Any Veterans enrolled VA Healthcare (any age)
WHERE: Veterans Center, 100 West Street, Leominster MA 01453
WHEN: Tuesday, March 23rd from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
HOW to make an appointment: Call (413) 582-3110
Before attending the clinic, please read the important information below:
- DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY- please arrive only 15 minutes or less early to keep social distancing and maintain parking availability
- We will be offering the Johnson & Johnson (single dose) COVID-19 Vaccine
- Veterans MUST be enrolled in VA Healthcare
If you’re not enrolled or registered in the VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System, please call (413) 582-3091 to see about enrollment in VA healthcare!
- No second dose required
- If you have received any other vaccine 2 weeks prior to COVID-19 vaccine or plan to 2 weeks following, you cannot receive the COVID-19 vaccine at this time
- If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 3 months please speak with your PCP before scheduling this appointment
- At this time, the COVID-19 vaccine is not recommended for anyone who has previously experienced an anaphylactic reaction to a vaccine

It’s important for everyone to continue using all the tools available to help stop this pandemic as we learn more about how COVID-19 vaccines work in real-world conditions. Even after vaccination, Veterans and employees should continue to:
- Wear a face covering
- Watch your distance (stay 6 feet apart)
- Wash hands frequently
