I am sure everyone is looking forward to spring and summer! Congratulations to the recent grant recipients and our VA Investigators’ recent accomplishments.
Over the course of next few months, we are hoping to transition to a new electronic system, VA Innovation and Research Review System (VAIRRS). We will be using VAIRRS for management and review of research protocols and will replace iMEdRIS. We will be hosting several training sessions to get everyone up to speed before and during this transition.
We will also be celebrating National VA Research Week on May 17-21. National VA Research Week is a time to mark the achievements and innovations of the nationwide VA research enterprise and community and to acknowledge the valued partners that help us achieve our mission on behalf of Veterans. Our 2021 Research Week theme is VA Research: One Team, One Mission.
