COVID-19 vaccines at VA VA COVID-19 Testing Enrolled Veterans who would like to get tested for COVID-19 should call the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System at 888-397-8387 for an appointment time. VA Mask Policy Everyone entering VA health facilities will be required to wear a cloth face covering or mask at a minimum. If you don’t have one, VA will provide you one when you arrive. If a Veteran wears an oxygen mask, they don't need to wear a mask, or if there are other issues, we may ask Veterans to wait in a designated space until their appointment time. Screening Measures VA COVID-19 screening tool VA Visitation Policy The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System implemented a no visitation policy at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center and its outpatient clinics in Tulsa, Vinita, McAlester and Idabel. Special consideration will apply for caregivers and visitors of palliative/hospice care patients. If you have any further questions regarding this restriction, please contact your Prmary Care Team. Muskogee Outside Pharmacy Window Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System is mailing all non-emergent medications to Veterans. For emergency medications, the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center operates an outside pick-up window next to the Primary Care entrance. Veterans can also pick-up emergency medications inside the facility. You can also refill prescriptions, send secure messages to your health care team and get text messages about COVID-19. Learn more.
