Through BTSSS, you can electronically submit and track the status of your beneficiary travel claims.

BTSSS is a secure, online portal that ensures timely processing, and it takes less than five days for Veterans to receive their travel reimbursement.

BTSSS is located on the Access VA website (https://access.va.gov) and can be accessed from a mobile device or computer. The system replaces the kiosks and paper form submissions. Veterans without computer access can use the library computers at the Nashville and Murfreesboro campuses.
