The new Beneficiary Travel Self-Service System (BTSSS) provides benefits to eligible Veterans and beneficiaries for travel to and from VA medical appointments has arrived!

This new system is the fastest way to submit a claim. It automates the claims process to ensure timely processing and payment, allows Veterans, Beneficiaries and Caregivers to submit and track the status of their claims 24/7, 365 days a year from a computer or mobile device.
