VA’s new Beneficiary Travel Self-Service System (BTSSS), coming Oct. 5
Join the Central Virginia VA Health Care System on Monday, Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. for an informational session about important changes coming to your beneficiary travel system. Meeting information can be found below.
The new system has many new features, including:
- Veterans can submit and track beneficiary travel reimbursement claims online from a computer or mobile device 24/7, 365 days a year through the secure AccessVA website.
- BTSSS will ultimately replace the current kiosk method and reduce the need for submitting both hard copy and in-person claims.
