On Sept. 1, the Office of Connected Care Help Desk (OCCHD) will replace and resume the responsibilities of both the National Telehealth Technology Help Desk and the VA Mobile Service Desk.
For any questions about U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ telehealth or apps, including VA Video Connect, staff should call the OCCHD at 866-651-3180.
The Health Resource Center will continue to assist Veterans with all VA apps except VA Video Connect. The OCCHD will support both Veterans and staff with all VA Video Connect questions or issues.
Office of Connected Care Help Desk
- For VA staff who need assistance with VA telehealth and VA Mobile (apps and provider iPads), including VA Video Connect.
- For Veterans who need assistance with VA Video Connect.
- VA staff and Veterans can call the help desk at 866-651-3180.
- VA staff can submit tickets/check status of tickets via the OCCHD web portal (more details forthcoming in the following weeks).
- Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Health Resource Center
- For Veterans who need assistance with all VA apps except VA Video Connect.
- Veterans can call the center at 877-470-5947.
- Available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern time.
