For hearing impaired veterans having trouble with hearing aids or accessories, the Memphis VA audiologists are available to assist through the following options:

  • Assistance with lost or damaged hearing aids.
  • Reception of broken hearing aids/accessories through mail-in.
  • Discussions regarding the need for spare aids if you were recently tested.
  • Assessment for and order of assistive listening devices.

For questions or concerns, contact your audiologist directly at the extension you were provided. You may also call 901.523.8990, extension 6134 or 6135 for the front desk, or call Dr. Jarvis at extension 5472 for routing or help with your hearing needs.

New Screening Tents

During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the Memphis VA will be adapting to meet CDC guidelines. We will continue to screen all patients and employees before entering the building. Patient screening has been relocated from the Emergency Room entrance to tents staged in the small parking lot adjacent to the Emergency Department. This relocation will provide an improved entry screening process and will allow for greater access, efficiency, and isolation as needed.
