With PTSD Coach you can track your progress anywhere through the app’s three-step process. Using the Coach App over time allows you to see how the tools you’re using are improving and helping you manage your PTSD symptoms. The app will lead you through a number of scenarios that you can rate how much each scenario has bothered you in the past month.
Through regular self-assessments like these, you can watch your scores change over time and see the severity of your symptoms, helping you identify what is or is not working for you. Download the PTSD Coach app to start tracking your progress.
