Visitation Hours
All Visitation for in-patient units has been suspended. Exceptions will be made for complex decision making, end-of-life, and complex goals of care. Escorts/drivers for outpatient appointments is not effected. However, children under 16-years-old may not enter any out-patient clinical area, and must be accompanied at all times in the waiting room.
Veterans may change their appointments to a telehealth appointment. Please call your provider to ask if this is an option.
If telehealth is not available, providers may be able to do a telephone appointments.
Not all appointments will be ideal for telehealth or phone call, discuss with your provider if its the best option for you.

At BOWLING CAMPUS -- All Veterans and guests must enter through the main door or the garage elevators and check in to the facility with the information desk or VA personal in the lobby. Veterans should still check in for their appointments at the Kiosk or with the clinic.
At SOUSLEY CAMPUS -- All traffic enters the gate with the traffic light and turns right. Screening will occur past Building 25. Screening will only be conducted from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays when there are clinics. Lextran Bus will drop off at Building 1, as usual, and ALL riders will be screened before entering the facility.
Gatherings and events: We continue to look at our calendar 30 days out to determine if we should cancel events, classes, and programs that require a gathering of more than 10 people. Most events have been cancelled through April. If you were scheduled to attend an event, please call to confirm whether it is still occurring before coming to the medical center.
Claims assistance with Veterans Service Org: Out of concern for the safety of our Veterans and our partner VSOs, we have suspended claims assistance with The American Legion and the Disabled Veterans of American until further notice.
