The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is pleased to announce that it has awarded a contract to TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) to administer Region 4 of VA’s Community Care Network (CCN). TriWest will establish and maintain a robust network of community care providers in Region 4.
Region 4 includes VA medical centers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Utah.
To be part of CCN and deliver care to our nations’ Veteran population, community providers are encouraged to join TriWest’s extensive network of providers. Community providers who wish to be part of this network are encouraged to contact TriWest at ccnprovider@triwest.com.
