Billing QuestionsBilling Number Change

Effective September 14 the phone number to contact for Veterans Care in the Community (non-VA care) payment questions is 1-877-881-7618.

 

Contacts for billing issues for VA provided care remain the same:

  • Billing service representatives are available in Bldg. 5, Room 121, Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to Noon, at the St. Cloud VA.
  • You can also call the Veterans Health Resource Center at 1-866-347-2352, Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 

For assistance with Veterans Choice Program claims, through September 30, 2018, please contact 1-866-606-8198.

 

 

DetourTemporary Road Closure

 

The road between the 3-way stop in front of Building 1 and the east side of Building 111 at the St. Cloud VA is temporarily closed as pavement, road base, curbs and storm sewer utilities are being replaced.

 

Vehicles traveling to the east side of campus need to detour around the west and north side of campus to avoid this road closure. Access to the Veteran parking lots and main entrance of Building 1 is not impacted, sidewalks along the north side of the road remain open, and the Metro Bus stops at Building 111 are at the front of Building 1 instead.
