Dr. Lynda Davis, VA's Chief Veterans Experience Officer and Barbara Morton, VA's Deputy Chief Veterans Experience Officer, will be sharing updates on our collective customer service initiatives that have contributed to the improved experiences for the nation's #1 customers - our Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors.
